1. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means that the total quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container, FCL means the total quantity can reach 20ft,40ft or 40HQ container.

2. How about the delivery term?
We can accept EX-WORK, FOB, or CIF,CNF delivery term, just please let us know your requirement.

3. Can I negotiate the unit Prices?
Yes, we may consider lower price for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products. 

4. How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and items number, so that we can advise a production schedule.

5. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, we can supply 3 years warranty for our normal items. For the overseas orders, please provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements (Such as castors, screws, plastic pad of base) at our cost to repair the chairs in some coming orders.

6. Can I visit your company (faccoty)?

Sure, wecolme to visit us in any time! Also, we can pick you up from local trainstaion or airport.

7. Can I get a sample?

Yes, we only charge production costs and shipping fee for the sample.
