Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for all of our furniture to 48 continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can be done for additional cost. Please note that some addresses in very remote, rural areas with limited access may incur additional charges. If you think you may live in one of these areas please let us know. Free shipping includes curbside delivery unless otherwise agreed on eBay. Inside home delivery and white glove delivery with setup is available for additional cost. 

Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process. After your order is processed it will be prepped for shipping and scheduled for pickup. When the shipping company is getting closer to your area, you will be called for appointment. Please provide best telephone number for delivery team to call and schedule your delivery. It normally takes approximately 2 -3 weeks to receive your furniture. Although we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we make no guarantees of delivery dates. Unexpected delays are sometimes unavoidable, so please be patient.

When your shipment arrives please check the boxes while the delivery team is there to make sure there are no  dents, holes, rips, tears etc. Please take a picture of any box that appears damaged before unpacking your furniture. If there are any issues please report them back to us within 24 hours and provide pictures of the damage and the box.

Terms

We accept hassle free returns within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus the actual shipping cost even if originally the shipping was free. Returned items must be unused, un-assembled in its original packaging as received. Round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. A 15% restocking fee may also apply. If any piece is damaged, please contact us right away and send us pictures of the issue. Every item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. We work only with experienced furniture delivery teams to make sure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. Once shipped, orders may not be canceled and are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy.   

We are not responsible and do not accept returns for furniture not fitting through your doorways or openings. We ask that you first measure your openings
